So Many Ask...the Brutal Truth...I will Prevail
I would love to tell any one that reads this blog a wonderful story of my 10th month journey in ONE24. In all my endeavors, I have over 25,000 silvers and 10 rock solid greens on my 1st tier...and total of 250 greens 12 deep, I didn't loose any green tickets...have 20 Golds & growing strong and making over $1,000.00 on my check by now!!! Sorry to say for me, this is not true. I hope you will not be sorry for asking or reading ....however my journey is well worth it to me and I hope you will glean from it too!
I want to be brutally honest with you all...Never done this industry before... I have learned so much and I wouldn't trade it for the world....the "proverbial but"... I have recruited in 10 months about 10 people either for myself or my down line. I have bought leads, did the investor/caller lead generating to the waiting list, social networked my heart out on Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIn and various others, I hit all my warm market(God bless them one and all), and I have worked very hard,tirelessly & countless hours on the phone(so far got up to 108 greens total & 1 Gold). Currently, I am down to 3 people on the 1st tier & one was taken as a KPC (2 are active PCs towards the silvers).Many of the reasons for the attrition is because most quit within 3-6 months because they can't prospect/recruit or they want me to work it for them. Currently my numbers are at 97 greens and 30 haven't paid for their NatraBurst auto ship yet! Good thing was that around the 4th month I have been making enough to pay for the NatraBurst so I am staying out of the red ;) It is the hardest thing I have ever done. The largest check I have gotten is $172.00 and it is going to fall this month. The economy sucks, folks can't afford the auto ship to start the business, many want something for nothing and I guess they want the semi-security of that weekly check making someone else rich if and when they can find a real "JOB".
But I am no quitter, and I am trying new things weekly and I am coming from the approach now more determined that I am looking only for those who are hungry, goal oriented go-getters & no quitters and the A+++ type people who knows it takes time, persistence & networking to build an online business or for that matter any Home Business. I decided this month to add Javita Coffee so I would have an alternative income leg business & if NatraBurst doesn't grab someones interest maybe coffee will. Both Companies have awesome Compensation Plans and I hope will help feed into each other new entrepreneurs! All the family and friends I was hoping to get in my business are waiting to see me make the big bucks :) ... so I push forward & prevail!
One24 has a great vision & well thought out program and ideally it will work...if you can just get 3-6 consistent hitters that will stay the course. My major advice to anyone who works in this industry is don't spoon feed recruits, stay current in communication with your down line & train, don't keep doing the same thing and expect different and better results...(that's nuts), stay excited and well informed, capture pages are awesome for new leads, work hard & be genuine on relationship building and DON'T GIVE UP! In One24 the GOLD is where the real money is and try if you can to put some heavy hitters there!!! I will let you know if I come up with a new & winner idea! Sorry if this comes out negative because I don't mean to... I am a natural optimist by nature but I am learning to be a realist (fighting the negative daily) and more discerning on where I put my energy at ... I love people... but I am learning to gravitate to people that will grow and not drain you :) DON'T FORGET YOUR BUSINESS CARDS... hand them out like candy...tip well and give them a business card & even a sample ;) As they say in this industry...See you at the top...... This is my story/journey and I am sticking to it...lol... I hope I will have some exciting tips in my next blog that will ENCOURAGE, BUILD UP and BRING WISDOM to your business, your life and or friendships!
